1-Page NDA

This short and neat document specifies the relationship between a disclosing party and recipient of confidential information.

“Confidential Information” will be defined to include any information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Recipient in connection with the “Permitted Purpose”.

The Recipient will be permitted to use and disclose Confidential Information only for or in connection with the “Permitted Purpose” (and only with the Disclosing Party’s consent).

The “Permitted Purpose” will be defined to mean investigating, pursuing and implementing the “Contemplated Arrangement” or “Project” (depending upon which phrase you choose here).
