I have a knack for litigation and problem solving. Even as a law student doing my practical training at a law firm, the principal solicitor would come to me and say: "what else have you got up your sleeve for them (ie the other side)?" and in my first three years I ended a credit dispute matter that had been going for 5 years, and settled two matters against regional councils (one with the help of counsel) and a complex family law matter (with counsel). Humblebrag!
Areas in which I may be of use:
a. Commercial Transactions and Litigation
b. Family Law with complex elements - eg: constructive trusts, presumption of advancement, anti-suit injunctions
c. Complex Estate Planning - eg: testamentary Trusts, non-estate assets, blended families
I am very privileged to have my own firm now which I have set up with the aim of providing seamless affordable legal solutions. I strongly believe legal fees can be significantly reduced with the right processes and technology.
I would love to hear about your legal matter! Give me a challenge …
